Kind of hard for me to count this as Day 1 since it technically started last night for me since I worked night shift. Anyway, here's what Mom and I did this morning when I got home from work. We had to take all of our vitamins and detox stuff, which were basically little liquid shots (but actually delicious!)
1 shot of calcium (tasted like orange juice)
1 shot of multivitamin (tasted like lemon lime)
8 ounces of NutriCleanse detox stuff (tasted like pink kool-aid!)
2 calcium pills
Mom said she felt like a drug addict taking all that stuff. Kinda funny!
I failed to weigh myself when I woke up this evening, but I'm sure I haven't lost anything yet. I think Sunday morning I'll do my real first weigh in and measurements and post all that (yikes).
Mom made some delish tilapia for dinner with some spicey diced tomatoes and oven roasted onions, had some applesauce on the side.
Total calories for dinner:
3.5 oz Tilapia- 100 calories
1/2 cup applesauce- 50 calories
1/4 cup tomatoes- 10 calories
1/4 onion- 0 calories
A 160 calorie meal! But we have to eat 1000-1200 during the first 7 days and I am starving! I brought an apple and leftover tilapia for a snack later and hopefully will be able to get some other veggies down in the cafeteria later. Fat chance! We'll see. Oh yeah and had to take the multivitamin shot after dinner, 2 fiber pills and 2 calcium pills.
LOL. This made me ferociously hungry. Haha. I hope this diet works for you!
